The full moon is traditionally a time of release, abundance and reflection. This month’s practice will gently focus on releasing the neck and shoulders while connecting to the sacral chakra.
This gathering will include:
✨ A calming yin yoga practice
✨ A short journal prompt and reflection
What You Need:
Yoga mat (if you have one you want to bring)
Yoga blocks, bolster OR substitutes for the props
Journal + Pen (if you want to write)
Cup of Tea optional (we will be drinking tea in person!)
This evening is perfect if you’ve been feeling busy, stretched thin, or simply craving intentional time for yourself.
