Full Moon Yin + Tea

Join Amelia for an evening of yin yoga and reflection designed to help you slow down, recharge, and connect in community. 

The full moon is traditionally a time of release, abundance and reflection. This month’s practice will gently focus on releasing the neck and shoulders while connecting to the sacral chakra.

This gathering will include:

✨ A calming yin yoga practice

✨ A short journal prompt and reflection

Expect slow, supported stretches, intentional breath, and space to recenter.

What You Need:

  • Yoga mat (if you have one you want to bring)

  • Yoga blocks, bolster OR substitutes for the props

  • Journal + Pen (if you want to write)

  • Cup of Tea optional (we will be drinking tea in person!)

This evening is perfect if you’ve been feeling busy, stretched thin, or simply craving intentional time for yourself.
