Join Amelia for an evening of yin yoga, herbal tea and reflection designed to help you slow down, recharge, and connect in community.
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice where poses are held for 2–5 minutes to gently care for the connective tissues: fascia, ligaments, and joints. It’s considered a cooling practice, inviting the body to shift into a more parasympathetic, rest-and-digest state rather than building heat.
This month’s practice will gently focus on releasing the neck and shoulders while connecting to the sacral chakra.
This gathering will include:
✨ A calming yin yoga practice
✨ Warm herbal tea options and cozy connection
✨ Option to receive Reiki
What to Bring:
Yoga mat (if you have one you want to bring)
Water
Mug for Tea
This evening is perfect if you’ve been feeling busy, stretched thin, or simply craving intentional time for yourself.
