Amelia Hope Wllness
about & Philosophy

I used to work out seven days a week and eat perfectly clean. I went from a yoga-loving college girl to a hard-core bikini bodybuilding competitor.
For a moment, I felt confident—until my body called BS.
My hair fell out.
I was exhausted.
Inflamed. Foggy. Disconnected.
And despite being "bikini girl" skinny, I didn’t feel like me.
I had no balance.
I wasn’t listening to my body.
And I was definitely not happy.
So, I stopped punishing my body and started listening to it.
I swapped overtraining for intentional movement, calorie obsession for nourishment, and self-criticism for grace.
This experience shaped everything I believe about movement, wellness, and the female body—and it continues to shape my work today.
The Femme Fit Pathway is the embodiment of that philosophy—strength training, yoga, mobility, and holistic coaching designed for women who want to feel strong, connected, and radiant in every season of life.
Because true transformation isn’t just about how you look—it’s about how you feel.
And you deserve to feel vibrant, strong, and fully YOU.

The Wellness Trifecta: A Holistic Approach to Strength, Energy & Nutrition
Wellness is not one-size-fits-all—it’s a relationship with yourself and life. How we feel, move, and nourish ourselves directly impacts our energy, confidence, and ability to show up fully. True wellness isn’t just about achieving a certain look; it’s about feeling strong, vibrant, and aligned in both body and mind.
I believe wellness is a powerful synergy of fitness, energetics, and nutrition—each playing a vital role in how we look, feel, and function.
Fitness is the foundation—your movement practice that builds strength, supports longevity, and sculpts your body. It keeps your muscles, bones, and organs strong while shaping the physique you desire.
Energetics is how you regulate stress, nurture intuition, and maintain inner balance. Your breath, nervous system, chakras, and daily rituals all influence your energy. Outside of yourself, it’s your environment, boundaries, relationships, and lifestyle choices. Everything holds energy, and learning to manage it is key to feeling truly well.
Nutrition is more than food—it’s everything you consume, from the products you use to the air you breathe. Toxins in skincare, perfumes, and household items can disrupt hormones and cause inflammation, just like poor nutrition can. When we remove unnecessary stressors, the body naturally heals, balances, and thrives.
Wellness isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress, alignment, and vitality. When you honor all aspects of yourself, you create a body and life that feel as good as they look. Let’s build a practice that supports your strength, balance, and long-term well-being.

About Amelia
I’m Amelia Snyder—middle name, Hope—a fitness and wellness professional dedicated to movement, ritual, and holistic health. Born and raised in Marietta, GA, I discovered my passion for healing and personal growth early on. I began strength training at 14 and yoga at 18, later competing in bikini bodybuilding and deepening my understanding of mobility, breathwork, and energy alignment. My journey has taken me from battling hypothyroidism and high anxiety to embracing meditation, rest, and a more balanced approach to wellness.
I am a NASM-certified personal trainer, Reiki master, certified chakra balancing practitioner, meditation teacher, and yoga instructor, currently completing my 200-hour teacher training. My work integrates strength training for feminine curves, functional movement, and energetic alignment, helping women build confidence, resilience, and longevity through intentional fitness.
Having struggled with self-image and chronic health challenges, I believe true wellness is about more than aesthetics—it’s about creating a body and mind that supports the life you want to live. Fitness is the foundation for presence, confidence, and vitality. When you care for your whole self, life starts to feel limitless.
